You will be delighted by the property's high quality furniture and its real antiques restored to their glory. Paintings are made from local and well-known artists, and some art also come from other italian regions and from France. 
Masseria Albere is very well equipped and organized, with many high-quality amenities.
The main entrance takes you into a grand hallway, where vaulted ceilings, immaculate masonry work and timeless antique furnishings set the tone for the rest of the house. The villa offers 4 stunning bedrooms, one of that with Jacuzzi bath. The large living room includes an original fireplace, grand piano and satellite TV. There is a dining room, study and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms overlook the courtyard that enjoys furnished outside areas, beautifully landscaped gardens and a beautiful swimming pool.

The villa is arranged around a central walled courtyard and large fragrant garden. Privately enclosed with a gated entrance, the views spread out over the nearby oak and olive groves. The house offers an internal private parking, guarded and secured day and night by cameras. You will also appreciate the 3 hectares of cultivated land and beautiful Apulian gardens that surrounded the property.

In the courtyard there is a stone wood-burning oven perfect for pizzas and a little fitness area by the pool with a sauna.

The holly oaks and century-old olive trees with their silver-dipped leaves, the orchard, the grape vines which lie over the arbor, delicate Monet meadow grass and dry stone walls make the garden of the Masseria  a divinely charming space to be savored.

Pool:
An oasis of tranquility and peace where you can appreciate the hot sun of Puglia.
The salt water pool, surrounded by pale stone tiles and the green meadow, like a fairy tale is to be enjoyed even through spring and autumn time.
In the pool area you will find an original wood-fired oven where exquisite italian recipes may be cooked to perfection, ideal for organizing beautiful banquets.
