Indoors
Set over almost two hectares, this four-bedrooms, four-bathrooms home has plenty of spaces. The property includes different buildings : a small Trullo, a wooden house, a stone building and a glass one. In all of them, the original features and stone/wood/glass structures have been kept intact as much as possible, and furnishing and fittings complement these aspects with minimalist rustic-chic panache.
The Trullo has two cones and contains one double bedroom, a living room and a shower room. The first wood house has a double bedroom with a walk-in shower room and the glass veranda has a kitchen plus a dinner table. The stone building includes a full indoor living space with kitchen, living, dining, and a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room. It is connected via a glass corridor open on all sides to a wood bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Every room and bathroom of the main house and cabin are connected to the garden. Discrete windows let the light and colors in and create a unique atmosphere.
Outdoors
The villa has two pools : one plunge pool and one infinity pool. Guests can enjoy outdoor living and kitchen which can be fully opened or closed, depending on the weather. There is a traditional wood-fire pizza oven, immersed in 10,000 sqare meters of olive groves.
There is an electronic gate to enter the property and some 100 meters of private road among olive trees.
The property has also a series of sitting areas and an al fresco dining area for those long summer evenings, bikes, swing chairs and a vegetable garden full of tomatoes and herbs.

Location
Villa Leandra is located 3 km from the city centre of Alberobello, in a coutryside setting.
Ostuni, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello are all within 20 minutes’ drive and offer some of the most interesting summer music events and plenty of fantastic restaurants. It takes around 25 minutes to reach the coast and the towns of Monopoli, Savelletri and Taranto.
Trullo Piccolo is truly unique. The four-acre grounds originally included just the trullo - the curious, cone-shaped buildings found in their hundreds in Alberobello - and then the architect owner restored the trullo, forming a cozy bedroom and sitting area plus small shower room, added an outside glass-walled kitchen, a seating area under a gazebo, a pool and a separate white-walled double bedroom and bathroom. If that wasn't enough, 2017 saw the further addition of a second (infinity) pool and a high-spec villa that includes a superb double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite, a spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining room, and a separate bedroom and ensuite suitable for children. Overall, Trullo Piccolo can sleep 8, and it's the way the rooms and facilities are spread around as a sort of complex that makes it so unusual and also so desirable for one or more families who don't necessarily all want to sleep under the same roof, but do want to come together to eat and socialise. As there were just the two of us, we felt utterly indulged by the space, which is also so private (once the security cameras are switched off) that clothes can be discarded, if one so chooses. With regard to the specific facilities in the villa, we particularly appreciated the excellent induction hob (a big want for our next property), the efficient air-con and the dishwasher. The 50 inch TV in the bedroom is currently set up for internet TV only and so doesn't have access to terrestrial or satellite channels. WiFi is available throughout Trullo Piccolo, but in the villa itself we found it more reliable outside than inside. One facility missing from the villa is a sitting area and we had to bring in chairs from outside when it was too chilly. The local Codon supermarket has just about everything needed for self-catering, with the exception of fresh fish. The nearest trattoria, Glu Ulivi, serves tasty local food at good prices and it's sufficiently laid-back that one doesn't feel a fool trying one's limited Italian. Alberobello is exceptionally quaint, but there's no escaping that it's top of the list for coachloads of tourists.
