Note :
- the house can host until 8 people, there is a single sofa bed in the living and additional bed to add in the rooms (at extra cost).
- It is also possible to host up to 3 babies in the rooms with cots.
Indoors
The property has been superbly renovated by its Apulian owners, a luxury brand consultant and motorbike management director who lived abroad for many years in Paris, Stockholm and London.
The interiors include two large lounges on the ground floor, each with an antique fireplace and comfortable furniture for relaxing. The décor is a mix of unique contemporary design pieces and renovated antique family heirlooms. The open kitchen is made in "graniglia" by local craftsmen and is equipped with all modern appliances.
You will also be charmed by the three pretty bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Outdoors
Outside, there are two large verandas and an 'aia' (former chicken coop) where you can relax by the 40 m² swimming pool (Depth : 1.5m) with jacuzzi and outdoor shower. One of the verandas is covered by a bamboo roof and furnished with a wooden table and sofa to enjoy the shade. The outdoor areas offer breathtaking views of the olive and almond groves, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
It should be noted that the property's energy comes from a photovoltaic system on the terrace, underlining the commitment to an environmentally-friendly lifestyle.
Staff & Services
The owners or property manager will give you a warm welcome on arrival. The villa offers a special collaboration with the Vettor Bari restaurant for high-level events and dinners. In addition, for a unique gastronomic experience during your stay, you can take advantage (on request and at an additional cost) of the services of a local chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The property can also host special events such as intimate weddings, film shoots and anniversaries with the help of a dedicated events manager, on request and at an additional cost.
