Another oversized window faces the inner courtyard and brings yet more light to the décor of prim white upholstery against precise and wood furniture; an almost tropical ambient.
The modern and fitted kitchen has a more brash feel, yet provides and intimate gathering point for snacks and drinks at the breakfast table-island whilst you are bathed in light streaming through the large corner windows.
The villa is superbly crafted and finished – indoors and out – and is designed so that lush landscape and sea views can breeze airily into the property while the living spaces flow effortlessly outside. 
The blueprint of this property is a harmonic union of the buildings to its environment, which is enhanced by the recurrence of transparent, dividing glass walls of room-length sliding window-doors. The linear living and dining area opens up on one side to the expansive wood-decked garden terrace and the master bedroom slide open to the front garden.
This luxury villa accommodates a total of 8 persons in 4 deluxe bedrooms : Two in the annex and two in the main building, each with sophisticated en suite shower rooms, clad in wood, fitted with sparkling white porcelain and with extra-large windows.

The overwhelming sense of tranquility and privacy at this property is, in turn, emulated by the intensity of the exhilarating beach and sea views.
One of the best vantage points is in and around the distinctive large pool (with a generously wide sun terrace) that, like an eagle’s aerie, provides a sweeping view across the garden straight down to the beach, the shimmering blue-green Sardinian sea and the small islands of Tavolara and Rossa on the horizon.
