Indoors
This spacious, contemporary-style house has been fitted with top-of-the-range features and can accommodate up to 8 people.
You will immediately be charmed by the superb living area (with lounge and dining areas), which is particularly bright thanks to its large picture windows overlooking the pool and offering magnificent panoramic sea views.
On this level, you will also find the modern kitchen (open to the living room), a laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), a guest toilet and a double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom).
On the first floor, there are two further double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the 1st floor terrace, where sun loungers and a jacuzzi are available).
Next to the house, by the pool, is the final double bedroom (also en-suite). This bedroom, accessible only from the pool area, is perfect for those who want a little more privacy.
The house also boasts a well-equipped fitness room (treadmill, exercise bike, abdominal bench, multi-purpose workout station, weights, gym mat) and sauna. In addition to superb sea and pool views, the fitness room has its own bathroom (with washbasin, shower and separate toilet).
Outdoors
The property boasts beautiful exteriors with exceptional sea views all the way to the Ionian Islands. On a clear day, you can even see the coast of the Italian peninsula and Calabria.
There are a number of comfortably furnished terraces, a jacuzzi and a beautiful infinity pool (12 x 4 m) with hydromassage.
The patio next to the pool is the perfect place to enjoy your meals (in the shade or in the sun, as you prefer, thanks to the electric awning) or just relax while admiring the sea below.
The house also has a traditional wood-fired barbecue, located next to the lawn, perfect for preparing a few tasty grills to enjoy under the blue Sicilian sky.
For parking, there is a car park next to the villa and a double garage (below the house).
Staff & Services
Price includes a welcome pack, electricity and air-conditioning consumption up to 300 kWh (thereafter a supplement per kWh will be charged), pool and jacuzzi cleaning, garden maintenance, mid-week towel change, weekly change of sheets and towels for multi-week bookings, final cleaning and tourist tax.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional cleaning or replacement of household linen.
Location
The villa is located on the heights of Letojanni, a charming seaside town in eastern Sicily. There's a lovely beach and plenty of bars, restaurants and craft shops.
You'll be close to the very popular town of Taormina (with its Isola Bella beach, old town and ancient theatre).
Take the time to discover Mount Etna, a true natural wonder. This region of Sicily is full of sites to visit and experiences to enjoy.
Giardini-Naxos is ideal for a day on the coast without straying too far from the villa. Visit these typical little towns and enjoy their peaceful atmosphere, great beaches, bars and excellent restaurants.
Notes :
- The swimming pool is open all year round.
- Road conditions and car hire advice : part of the road leading to the villa is dirt and littered with potholes and bumps. As it is often in the countryside in Sicily, we therefore recommend that you hire a car with plenty of ground clearance, or alternatively a 4X4.
