Villa Celicia Trabia is a haven surrounded by an array of Mediterranean and tropical plants within a thoroughly maintained botanic garden.

Indoors and outdoors (main house)

8+2 beds – 5 bathrooms – 2 kitchens

With a two-storey home constituted of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and enough space to accommodate up to 10 guests, the main house, located within Villa Cecilia is situated at 50 meters from the sea, above the botanic garden, the loquat garden and the gulf of Trabia.
The 5th bedroom does not have an internal bathroom but the latter will be shared with one of the suites. In addition, the beds are usually intended for young people or children, and not for adults.
While giving access to a large terrace, the residence’s entrance hall features a sophisticated dining room with a piano. Situated by the dining room, we have a cosy living room, equipped with a working fireplace, a complete TV set with multiple options and a sofa perfect for lounging. On the same floor is located a fully equipped kitchen which gives a perfect view of the sea. 

The sleeping quarters are constituted of four en suite double bedrooms and a small twin bedroom (more suited for children), with separate bathroom/shower at ground floor, each rooms benefiting of a private balcony with sea view. A dining area is also available on the same level, along with another kitchen leading to a large terrace and two roofs gardens with a breathtaking view on the sea bay. The terrace, above the garden and the pools, offers an ideal setting for outside dinners with its large barbecue.

The residence also benefits of a daily cleaning service, air conditioning and a WIFI access, and has a wide range of facilities including a children pool in addition of the main pool, a Jacuzzi, a playground equipped with swings, slides and seesaw and a private parking.

Indoors and outdoors (cottage glicine)

4 beds – 2 bathrooms – 1 kitchen

Acceded through a private garden and patio, the independent cottage Glicine, of  60 m² with a possibility of accommodation up to 4 guests, is situated at the center of Villa Cecilia, a few meters from the pools complex.
On the same floor, we have the entrance, leading to a charming dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cosy living room with sofas and a complete TV set, a twin bedroom with a great view of the garden linked to a bathroom constituted of a shower jet cabin with music and light effects, toilets and a storage room.
The cottage also offers on the first floor a master bedroom with its bathroom, both overlooking the sea and the garden.

Indoors and outdoors (cottage primula) 

4+2 beds – 2 bathrooms – 1 kitchen

Encircled by the loquat garden, the Primula Cottage, of 70 m², is located 30 meters from the pool complex and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Including two bathroom, one of which is an en suite to a double bedroom, the cottage also offers a bedroom with bunk beds, a sitting room, a kitchen and a private garden. Accessible through a secluded garden and patio, the place also benefits of wide terracotta seats with an external dining table for 6.

The entrance gives access to a bright living room with garden-views and is equipped with a corner sofa bed, a dining table for 6 and a complete TV set. Lined with the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden.

The first floor is constituted of a double bedroom with and en suite bathroom equipped with a special shower cabin with hydro-massage, music and lights; a second bathroom with two bunk beds, a wardrobe and a second bathroom. Both sleeping quarters offering a beautiful view on the loquat garden.

Indoors and outdoors (cottage agapanto)

2 beds – 1 bathroom- 1 kitchen

Agapanto Cottage, situated on a raised uphill within the orchard of Villa Cecilia, is an ideal place for couples seeking privacy with its secluded location while giving them the joy of a stunning setting with its panoramic view of the sea bay and the beautiful garden. But it also is just as ideal for couples with a baby or toddler, the bedroom spacious enough to welcome a cot.

With its spacious private covered terrace complete with a dining table and a view on the sea, through its entrance the cottage leads to a studio-style bedroom, equipped with a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a dining table and a kitchen overlooking the terrace.

Outdoors

The pool complex, surrounded by a large range of Mediterranean and tropical plants and flowers, is located in the loquat garden and benefiting of three pools on three levels linked by two waterfalls.
Thanks to its new paths, steps and walkways, protected by attractive wooden fences, the garden gives you the chance to enjoy every corner of it, whether for a stroll, a jog or simply admiring the view.
The main pool, measuring 20x8 meters, covered with tiles with lane lines at the bottom, has a perimeter overflow structure, a depth going from 1.4 to 2.2 meters and is suited for competitive swimming. It is also equipped with a computerised filtering system guarantying the water constant crystal clear state.
Fed by a waterfall, located underneath the main pool’s wooden bridge is a large whirlpool that can seat 12 people, which water overflow into a children pool of 6x3 meters. Both pools are equipped with a heating system, and the heating of Jacuzzi and children pool is on request.
Lined with the pools area stands and open gazebo measuring 180 m² with a wooden roof and Sicilian shingles, perfect for leisure and relaxation, and a building with showers, toilet and an external covered kitchen with an area ideal for lunch on the pool.

Staff and services

The Maid Service in all the booked accommodations includes:

• daily bed remaking, essential room cleaning, cleaning of toilets and kitchen (excluding pans and tableware) and sweeping all the outdoor spaces of the villa and gardens.
• change of bed linen and bath/pool towels on Wednesday.
• maid service, concierge service; local support; welcome pack and aperitif; Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity (up to the limit); pool, bathroom and beach towel.

The Maid Service does not include the cleaning of pans and tableware and any extra change of bed linen or towels beyond the Wednesday change.

Additional cleaning of the Property (for example for cleaning kitchen pans and tableware) is on request, as well as the extra changes of bed linen and towels item. For those services an extra cost will be charged. 
 

Additional services are available on request: extra cleaning, food service, private chef, catering service for large groups, nannies, charter of RIB boat with skipper, outdoor whirlpool heating, touristic tours, cooking lessons, watersport activities and airport shuttle.
 

Notes

For groups larger than 18 people, up to four additional guests are accomodated in Cottage Agapanto (double bed) and on a twin bedroom in the Main House.
Daily Maid Service in all the accommodations: daily bed remaking and cleaning of toilets and kitchen (excluding pans and tableware), all the outdoor spaces of the villa and gardens. 

Chartering of RIB with skipper at extra cost on request.

Around the villa you can do the following activities : boat fishing, golf, water ski, sailing, kayak, horse riding, kite surf, diving, speed boat (one of the funniest activity). You can visit the castle of Trabia, the city of Cefalu and Palermo.
