Villa Bell'Angela is located, on the outskirts of the medieval village of Fabbrica in Tuscany. The house is nestled in a hamlet, built in Medieval times by the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany, and sits on top of a hill overlooking a magnificient scenery of vineyards, olive trees and gentle hills surrounding the town of Volterra. The hamlet spreads over the highest spot called La Torre, where was the stronghold and other, gentler and less steep hills, the dwellings were built and amongst these we find villa Angelica. This elegant liberty stile villa built around 1800, was carefully restored approximately, maintaining its typical architecture. It can accommodate up to 13 persons and offers a perfect place for a beautiful holiday in Italy.

In three of the bedrooms of the first floor, it is possible to add a single bed.
Indoors
The hamlet, although many centuries have gone by, has not suffered from changes spoiling its characteristic flavour, keeping as true and typical as the people of Tuscany can witness.
The 400 square metres house is spread over two floors.
Some of the original furniture and furnishing, careful taste in every detail, give the villa an elegant feel, enriched by precious decorations, paintings and original arched ceilings bring us back in time and give us a taste of the place as it was.
Ground floor:
Guests will find a fully equipped built in kitchen with store room, a cosy living room (with stone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, sat TV), a large frescoed withdrawing room, a dining room (with a large crystal table), a library and a double/twin room with shower room.
First floor :
This level is reached via a stone and wrought iron staircase and has two double bedrooms (the master bedroom has a four poster bed), two other double bedroom (or twin), a full bathroom with tub and shower and a full bathroom with shower.
Outdoors
Near the kitchen and living room, reached via 2 arched French windows is the garden with a stone floored loggia ideal for al fresco dining. It is also possible to relax on comfortable sofas, shaded by a hundred years old wisteria and admire the spectacular views of vineyards, olive trees, hills all the way to the marvellous city of Volterra.
The lower garden can be reached from a tiled staircases and has two imposing lime trees protected by a tufa wall, providing absolute privacy.
Guests will enjoy the beautiful pool (12 x 4 metres - depth 1.30 metres - suitable for children), with Jacuzzi relax points and overlooking a stunning panorama. The pool area also features sun beds and umbrellas.
Staff & Services
The price includes the villa's facilities, a cleaning service for the outdoor spaces twice a week (garden, pool, etc..), the final housekeeping, a wine tasting and a complete Tuscan light welcome snack (based on several drinks, platter of mixed cold cuts and cheese and other typical Tuscan fresh products).
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as A/C, pets allowed (€ 50,00 for week), international connection, chef services, traditional Tuscan evening meal, sale of fresh products every morning (bread, pizza, pizza bread, cakes, croissant etc.), food and wine tours, horse riding excursions, golf, tennis, spa, art and Italian language courses, cooking courses, guided visits and excursions...
Location
The property is located in the municipality of Peccioli (8 km), which this year won the important title of ‘borgo dei borghi 2024’ (most beautiful village in Italy). It sits on a hill 150 metres above sea level, surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields.
Situated where the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence meet, the Villa is just a short distance from the well preserved historical towns of San Gimignano and Volterra. Lucca is 49km away and Monteriggioni is 59km away.
The villa, being located in the village, is perfect for discovering local customs and traditions, where visitors can stroll and savor traditional Tuscan cuisine, visit some shops, bars, bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor, without necessarily having to use the car.
Furthermore, only a few kilometers away it is possible to visit the countless and ancient villages including that of Peccioli where there is a supermarket, restaurants, many other interesting shops, museums and works of art. Guests will have easy access to all services and various activities (Tennis-7 km, Castelfalfi Golf Club - 12 km, Horse riding - 3 km, Thermal baths - 15 km, Museums and Park of Prehistory - 7 km, Astronomical observatory - 4 km, Carabinieri - 7 Km, Church -500 meters ...). It's also worth noting that Michelin-starred chef Cannavacciuolo has opened a restaurant called ‘Laqua Vineyard’, located in the wine town of Terricciola (just 15 km away).
The villas are 6 km from Lajatico, where it is possible to visit Andrea Bocelli's "Teatro del Silenzio", a place where every year in July the famous singer organizes a concert, in which all the international personalities are present.
