Indoors 

Restored with care and respect for heritage, the house charms with its noble materials – handmade terracotta floors, exposed beams, travertine – and a décor combining contemporary touches and rural charm.
The ground floor features an elegant double living room around an authentic fireplace, ideal for shared moments. The separate dining room, bathed in light thanks to its bay windows, invites conviviality. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the outdoor areas through French windows, creating a harmonious link between the interior and nature.
Upstairs, a second bright lounge and a covered loggia offer beautiful views of the valley, perfect for reading or relaxing at any time.


Outdoors 

The property covers fifty hectares of unspoilt nature, including vineyards, olive groves, forests and meadows crossed by a peaceful river. Several terraces, including a large shaded pergola equipped with an oak table for twenty guests, invite you to enjoy sumptuous meals while admiring the panoramic view. The infinity pool (14 x 7 m - depth: 1.6 m) blends into the landscape and offers a true escape, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing.
