This 400 m² house has a sunlight exposure the entire day with sunset view in the woods.
It offers comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 independent suites (all suites have air conditioning , safety box , cable Tv and free Wi-Fi.

The property has a private plot of 3000 sqm garden, offering a heated and saltwater pool.
In front of the house is a nature reserve, which gives you the impression of being in the middle of a huge pine forest.

Staff & Services

The villa offers a concierge service at the entrance and a night security watch.
Pool heated is included in the price from 1st July to 30th September. Other months will cost 120 euros per week.
You will have free access to the services of the Quinta da Comporta Hotel services, namely restaurant and it impressive SPA (3 minutes walking distance – reservation needed ).

Location

The house is located in Carvalhal and is remarkably close to Pego and Carvalhal beaches (both offering restaurant and beach infrastructure).
In Carvalhal, a few minutes’ walk, you will find a variety of services such as : supermarket, bakery, fish market, restaurants ,stationery and magazine shop, pharmacy, bicycle, and car rental among others ...
The house is approximately 10 minutes’ drive is Comporta town with many shops, restaurants and attractions.
Cavalos na Areia, only 5 minute’s drive away, is a fantastic option for family fun enjoying horseback riding in the rice fields and beach.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Language spoken by staff : Portuguese
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 4 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
