Indoors

On the ground floor, the dining room is in open space with the fully equipped kitchen with connection to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine. The living room has a fireplace and a pool table. The first floor offers 5 bedrooms, all having curtains or blackouts, airconditioning and balconies. One bedroom has bunk bed with a drawer can accomodate 3 people.


Outdoors

The private swimming pool 12 m x 6 m (depth 0.8 m to 2.00 m) has fresh water and roman steps. All the following equipments are at guests disposal : an outside shower, a private tennis court, terrace, outdoor dining area, a portable charcoal barbecue, 10 sunloungers. The villa has large fenced garden linking the house with the beach. The garden provides full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play. The villa has a private parking for three cars. Also at your disposal two kayaks with 2 vests, two stand up paddle boards and four bicycles for adults. Near the beach in front of the house, it is possible to buy fresh fish from the local fishermen.


Location

This property is located between the Tróia Dunes Botanical Reserve and the Arrábida Reserve, just beside the Sado Estuary Natural reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is within walking distance. At your disposal within 5 km, you have a golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars and restaurants. A car is recommended to visit the nearby area.
