Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with double shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Note: In addition to its 6 bedrooms, the house also features a sleeping area on the lower level with two 90 cm single beds.


Indoors 

The interiors, elegant and thoughtfully designed, combine high-quality materials and soft tones to create a peaceful atmosphere. The open-plan, air-conditioned living and dining areas open onto the garden, while the fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comfort.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms (each with a ceiling fan), a bathroom, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: two air-conditioned suites, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the lower level: a lounge with a sleeping area (with 2 single beds), a games room with a pool table, a bathroom with a shower, and a WC.


Outdoors 

You will benefit from a vast landscaped garden surrounding the villa, offering privacy and greenery. The terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor dining or sunbathing, while the private swimming pool (6 m x 8 m, depth 1.20 m to 2.00 m) offers a refreshing spot to relax, with the manicured fairways of the golf course as a backdrop. An outdoor dining area, lounge seating, and private parking for up to six vehicles complete the outdoor amenities.


Location

Set at the end of a private track within the Quinta do Peru golf estate, the villa enjoys a privileged location in the Azeitão region, between the castles of Sesimbra and Setúbal. Surrounded by vineyards, historical estates and the stunning Arrábida mountains, the area is celebrated for its wines, cheeses and natural beauty. The nearby golf course, ranked among Europe’s best, appeals to both amateur and seasoned players, while Lisbon remains within easy reach for a day trip or evening out.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Portuguese
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 800.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
