This 6 bedroom villa is located in Ronda (in the province of Malaga) and can accommodate up to 15 people (12 adults and 3 children). Its installations have been looked after to the utmost detail, ensuring you the most comfortable stay. This property, with tennis court and 2 pools, also offers various interior spaces inviting for celebrations, entertainment and pure relaxation.  It is a wonderful place for your holidays in Spain, with family or friends.


Bedrooms

Room 1 - Mulberry Suite :
Master bedroom, 1st floor, direct access to the pool. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed King size, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace, fan, balcony, private plunge pool.

Room 2 - Rose Suite :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, TV, safe, fan.

Room 3 - Lavender Suite :
Room, Intermediate floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace, fan.

Room 4 - Orange Blossom Suite :
Room, Intermediate floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 5 - Bougainvillea Suite :
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also office table, TV, private terrace, fan.

Room 6 - Lemon Suite :
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, fan.


Indoors

The property comprises 3 different buildings.

Main building (two floors) :
The ground floor offers a sitting area with fireplace, a dinning area, guests toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a bedroom. 
On the first floor, you will find a sitting area (with fireplace and TV) and a master bedroom.

Second building: 
It has 2 bedrooms (with independent entrances and sharing terrace).

Third building :
The lower level (next to main pool), features a games room, a kitchen and the 2 last bedrooms.


Outdoors

This property offers incredible outdoors.
You can enjoy a veggie garden, farm animals, a barbecue area, terraces and 2 swimming pools.
The main pool (infinity - 12 x 7m - Depth : 1.2m), is secured and heated by solar panels and is situated on the lower level and offers beautiful views. It also has a pergola, well laid out (with table, chairs, chill out area, fridge- freezer, dishwasher, sink, outdoor shower and a toilet). The second pool (7 x 5m), available for the Mulberry Suite, is not not secured and is also heated by solar energy.

For the sports enthusiasts, the finca also has a table tennis and a tennis court (which can also be used as a football or basketball court) : the court is built to professional standards, with a Greenset® Cushion surface – a high-performance material used in international tournaments, offering excellent durability and joint protection. Court size: 18 × 36 meters (approx. 650 m²).

- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 700.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 65 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très jolie maison parfaitement équipée !
Nous y étions en famille et tous sont unanimes pour souligner le confort et la qualité de la décoration. Le jardin est superbe et fleuri même en décembre.
Humidité de la salle de jeu et de la chambre contiguë. En hiver, il faudrait sans doute chauffer la maison un peu en avance car nous nous avons eu un peu froid les 2 premiers jours.
La piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle alors qu’il est indiqué qu’elle est chauffée et que nous participons aux frais de chauffage. On m’avait annoncé 20 degré, elle était à 13/14 malgré un soleil radieux. Déception des enfants.

What a wonderful week, thank you so much! The house has been perfect, everything we hope for. We have thoroughly enjoyed the pool, figs and vegetable garden, barbecue and dinning terrace, pétanque, fresh eggs, Kieninger wines, tennis court and the list could go on. Hopefully we get to visit it again soon!

We will miss the stunning views and the ever-changing color of the mountains. We tried to use the delicious produce from the garden for every meal - our favorites being the tomatoes!
At a time of huge worries for all the world, this has been a heaven of peace and tranquility for us all. We could not have asked for a better host; we are truly grateful.
