The villa has been lovingly renovated with attention to detail, welcoming you into a warm and sophisticated setting. The modern kitchen and living room, equipped with all necessary amenities, offer spectacular views of Zafaraya through large bay windows. The living room, separated from the kitchen by a double-sided fireplace, is an inviting space where you can relax while admiring the panoramas.


Outdoors 

Outside, the villa is surrounded by gardens that ensure total privacy. An al fresco dining terrace is located just in front of the villa, with a pool terrace situated a bit further. The property offers views of the deep blue La Viñuela reservoir to the west, the Zafaraya pass to the north, and views of the valley, sea to the south, and the surrounding mountains. La Maroma, the highest peak in Malaga province, majestically stands to the east, offering stunning sunsets. Parking for 3 cars is also available.
