The 945 m² property is set in a 2255 m² plot and is equipped to the highest standards of construction and finish. 
Recently built, the villa comprises a large open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen with two wine fridges.


Outdoors 

The 2255m2 grounds offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy. There are also breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Ocean.
Surrounded by other properties camouflaged in greenery and golf courses, the villa offers a large heated infinity pool (15m x 5m, depth 0.7min to 2.5 max). 
The large covered terrace is ideal for enjoying lunch in Sotogrande's mild microclimate. 


Location

You'll be close to 5 golf courses, including the famous Valderama Golf Club, and 6 polo fields. The Reserva Club offers tennis, padel, beach volleyball and other activities. There are also many water sports available in Sotogrande. Tarifa, one of the best kite and windsurf spots in Europe, is a 50-minute drive away. There are also many cultural attractions nearby, such as Seville, the Alhambra, and Morocco, which can be reached in less than 2 hours from the house.
