Indoors

The main lounge has comfortable sofas, a well-stocked library and large picture windows that flood the space with natural light while offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The indoor dining room, with its large solid wood table, is perfect for family dinners or intimate meals.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer and blender. 

The four lounge areas, spread throughout the villa, offer a variety of places to relax, with facilities including a television, Bluetooth speakers, board games and a table tennis table. For fitness enthusiasts, a well-equipped gym is also available.


Outdoors

The huge sun terrace provides an ideal space for relaxing and dining al fresco. There are outdoor dining tables, sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying Lanzarote's beautiful climate.

The heated swimming pool  (9,8 x 4,7 m // depth : 0,4 - 1,7 m), with its wide steps for easy access and shallow children's area, is surrounded by soft towels and sun loungers so you can relax in style. For those who want an even more refreshing experience, a tropical outdoor shower is also available.

The well-maintained, fenced garden with electric gates ensures privacy and security. Parking for several cars is available.


Staff & Services

Villa rental includes pool heating, end-of-stay cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, beach and pool towels.

Other services are also available on request and at an additional cost: chauffeur, cleaning lady, chef/cook.
