This magnificent property overlooks the bay and beach of Sa Riera in Begur on the Costa Brava. It is one of the few houses on the Costa Brava which has direct access to the beach. The view from the terrace and the bedrooms is absolutely splendid. The villa offers 6 bedrooms and a lighted paddle tennis court is at your disposal for an exceptional holidays on the Costa Brava.

Note: 2 of the bedrooms are connected (no door between them) and share a bathroom.
Indoors
The living room opens directly onto the large terrace facing the sea and opening onto the garden. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens including a separate kitchen reserved for preparing meals and the other available to guests. The rooms are distributed between the garden level and the first floor
Outdoors
A large partially covered terrace overlooks Sa Riera beach and the sea. It has a lounge area and a large table for your outdoor dining. From the terrace the infinity pool with its deckchairs. A path of stairs leads down to the beach. Guests can use the paddle boards available at the villa, and enjoy a boat visit to the nearby rocky inlets close to Sa Riera beach with the house staff (with extra cost).
The property has an electric gate which gives access to a covered garage area for 6 vehicles. Just above is the paddle tennis court, lit at night. From the entrance steps lead to the villa. There is also an elevator.

The house is located above Sa Riera beach in Begur. This frontline location is exceptional in the region and the view is breathtaking. Theneighbourhood is residential and quiet.

The property location is fantastic. Planning of the villa is also one of the best. Villa also has some facilities like board games, books, and even toys for kids, which makes your stay more fun.
1. Some sofas in the living room would need to be cleaned professionally.
2. The bedroom with the best sea view had a problematic AC. The problem was that there was a water leakage from the ceiling and technicians could not fix it during our stay. It is seen that the problem is old because the wardrobe in the room smells of mold
3. A few times, we experienced a power outage. The host warned us about this problem, therefore situation should be fixed anyway.
4. It also happened two times that water level in the pool were low in the morning. The host fixed the problem in a timely manner.
The view, the pool, the location, the quality of the home and its furnishings, comfortable beds, everything worked, overall- great house. Excellent support from the concierge service. Maid service was professional, thorough and discrete.
