Indoors

The 500 m² house offers spacious rooms with 6 bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms), so you can spend a peaceful holiday with your loved ones.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large fully-equipped kitchen, two lounges (one with a fireplace), a beautiful indoor dining room and two bedrooms (one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility).
On the first floor, you'll enjoy four further bedrooms and a living room that can be used for reading, playing or relaxing. 


Outdoors

Outside the house, you'll find a large garden of 495 m² with a forest to recharge your batteries. You will be charmed by the beautiful swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5m, depth: 1-1.7m) away from the house, with a terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet of the propriety. The outside of the house also features a sheltered terrace with a dining table and barbecue for convivial moments with family and friends.


Staff & Services

One member of staff looks after the house, welcomes you and is available to answer any questions you may have.
The price includes final cleaning, as well as maintenance of the garden and swimming pool (once a week).
Note : The tourist tax is not included in the price. This is an amount per person per night (with a maximum of 7 nights). People under the age of 14 do not pay this tax. 


Location

The property enjoys a peaceful location, in an environment that guarantees peace and quiet, not far from the best beaches on the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees.
Girona downtown is a 30 Kms and la Bisbal d'Emporda (with all services) is a 5 Km far from Monells.
Barcelona city is 100 Kms far from Monells (Barcelona airport is about 120 Kms).
