Indoors 

The villa has a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen and a BBQ house with wood oven. There are two lounge rooms which offer plenty of entertainment. Guests can enjoy a pool table and a cosy tv room with Dolby sound.
All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and underfloor heating.


Outdoors 

The villa Bajanéa has a heated saltwater private pool (10,50 x 4,70 x 0,50 x 1,60) with wood terrace. Guest can also enjoy a fireplace, a Bali Lounge-bed and deckchairs.
The 15×5-meter porch is perfect for a late-night dinner. From the terrasse, it is possible to appreciate incredible views. The most active guests can use a tennis court (shared with the adjacent Villa Bajanéa), a tennis table tennis and a basketball hoop.

A midweek cleaning is offered with no extra cost.
The villa offers to its guest the possibility of optional private chef service who is famous for his delicious dishes and cooking. 


Location 

The villa is located between the picturesque towns of Selva and Moscari and guests will be overwhelmed by the amazing sea views towards the Alcudia Bay and the Tramuntana mountains. Visitors can appreciate nice walks in the stunning 30-hectares of vineyard, forest and Mediterranean gardens. There are many possibilities for hiking, biking and beaches are easily accessible. Palma and the airport are only 30 minutes away.
