Indoors

Casa Cano can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 elegant en-suite rooms and has several indoor and outdoor common areas.
The typical kitchen with its large table is ideal for sharing a meal with family and friends. There are a total of 3 dining rooms in the house, as well as a lounge with a fireplace and a TV lounge.

Outdoors

The various terraces of the house offer a breathtaking view of the mountains.
The 14-metre swimming pool, rooftop jacuzzi and the beautiful garden allow you to relax and enjoy a moment of well-being while admiring the view.

Staff & Services

The house rental includes daily cleaning from Monday to Friday (time to be agreed with the client). Garden and pool maintenance are also included in the rental price.
A seventh staff room is available in the pool house.

The house is located in the countryside of Mallorca, only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollença.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 4 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 60 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
