Bedrooms

This modern, four bedroom villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The upper floor of the villa is home to three bedrooms. You will find bedroom 4 in the basement.
Bedroom 1: single bed (90cm x 190cm) that can be converted into a double, dressing room, ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: single bed (90cm x 190cm) that can be converted into a double, ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3: master bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 190cm), ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, projector for movies.
Bedroom 4: double bed, ideal for a nanny or couples.

Indoors

Beautifully designed, the house oozes charm, character and elegance offering you all the luxury you deserve and more! Heading into the villa there is a large open plan area with two seating areas, and a fully equipped kitchen for up to 10 people. The large glass doors lead out to the spacious terrace, connecting the interior to the exterior and providing plenty of natural light and a cool sea breeze.

Outdoors

Outside you will find an incredible swimming pool (15m), lounge areas and fantastic views making this the perfect place to relax after a long day full of activities and discovery. There is also an underground car park so security is at the forefront of this villa.

Location

Villa Palma Bay is located in a fantastic area just 20 minutes away from Palma and is just a 5 minute walk away from brilliant beaches such as Cala Blava or Caló Fort. A wide array of restaurants and shops can be found in the town of Lluchmayor which is just 18 minutes away and offers all the basic amenities you may need during your stay.
