Note : Bedoom 9 is the Guest Villa, with double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is perfect for guests coming with their staff or bodyguards.
Indoors & Outdoors
Over three floors, the villa covers 2,000m2 and comes with an office and a separate villa for any extended guests to enjoy their privacy.
There are 9 rooms which accommodate 18 guests and can be booked with or without professional staff, depending on your preference.
Head to the basement for entertainment, where you’ll find a cinema lounge, a wine cellar, a lounge bar area and a teppanyaki kitchen.
On the ground floor, you will find a wellness area with treatment rooms, hammam, sauna, sensory shower and gym.
Outside, enjoy the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. You can also appreciate a stylish glass-fronted garage that homes a vintage car collection. It’s all enriched with modern art pieces, a personalised Alec Monopoly piano and accessories from Bvlgari, Hermes and Louis Vuitton.
Staff & Services
The Housekeeping only rental concept includes: morning makeup, selected water, coffe and teas at disposal (refreshed once daily), house manager for the first day upon your arrival and on-call support for questions. Important note: There is no concierge service to assist you with activities.
The Ultima Experience includes:
- Daily full luxury Breakfast for all guests as per our breakfast menu,
- Daily Afternoon Delight service (light snack / afternoon tea),
- Selected Water, Soft Drinks, Coffee and Teas at disposal (specific brands at extra charge),
- House manager; coordinating your stay and assisting with your concierge requests (8hrs presence per day),
- Housekeeping (Make-up and Turn-Down service)*,
- Chef*,
- Service staff during mealtimes*,
- Spa Therapist (4 hrs presence per day, treatments are charged as per Spa Menu),
- Night shift (1 person, drinks service, can be on call upon request),
- Grocery shopping (charged at cost, except for Breakfast and Afternoon delight which is included),
- Arrival from the closest airport for all guests by car / minibus (same time).
- Departure to closest airport for all guests by car / minibus (same time).
- Driver within destination with 1 car (Viano), 8 hrs per day.

The staffing above is included for the number of guests mentioned on the contract and for:
- One daily breakfast service
- One daily 3 courses lunch service
- One daily 3 courses dinner service
Note that the afternoon Delight is served by the Concierge staff.
For any additional services (for example but not limited to: breakfast served at multiple times); outside guests (for example Ski teachers lunch, external guests, dinner parties); extended menus (for example multi course or gala dinners); the chalet reserve the right to invoice and source additional staffing member and / or additional work hours. This will be clearly communicated during the stay planning by the reservation team or on-site house manager.
Location
The villa is located near Versoix and a short distance from Lake Geneva’s shores and just a short journey away from the livelier city hub and Geneva International Airport.
The house is 5 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport.
