Indoors 

The decor bears the mark of the owner, an interior designer. It blends beach house, modern Caribbean and ethnic styles: woodwork, ethnic-inspired pieces, works of art and designer furniture create a palette of cream, pastel shades and wood. The rooms are generously proportioned and benefit from natural ventilation. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms only.

Main house:
Located on the main level, it covers 150 m² and is arranged around a bright living area where the lounge and dining area are combined. The open-plan kitchen, very well equipped, is complemented by a utility room with pantry and a wine cellar. It also has 3 lovely bedrooms.
There is also a gym, with a small terrace corner on the garden side.

Apartment:
Located on the garden level, it covers approximately 90 m². It has 2 bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a utility room.


Outdoors 

The property sits on a plot of approximately 1,000 m².
The large deck on the main level extends over more than 90 m², facing the sea, and wraps around the pool. It is furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, a dining area and a kitchen corner with a gas barbecue. The bedrooms and the living room open directly onto it. A second, more private deck adjoins the bedroom with the 180 cm bed, a spot well suited to a coffee for two.

On the garden level, the covered deck includes a dining area and a punch bar, with the second pool close by. A tropical garden surrounds the house. The view looks over Cap Macré bay and the Atlantic, where the sun rises over the water, with no neighbours nearby. The property lies within a site protected as a natural and picturesque monument.

Both pools* use salt water and one of them is heated (Pool 1: 11 x 3 m – depth: 1.5 m. Pool 2: 3 x 1.9 m – depth: 1.5 m).

The private car park has four spaces and an electric vehicle charging point.


Location

Cap Macré lies on the heights of Le Marin, a municipality in the south of Martinique. The neighbourhood is quiet and wooded, with little tourist traffic. The sandy beach at Cap Macré is about two kilometres away, a five-minute drive. The beaches of Les Salines and Pointe Marin are about ten minutes away.

The centre of Le Marin is about eight kilometres away, a drive of around twelve minutes. It has the marina, restaurants, shops and markets. Diving, sailing and kayaking are available in the surrounding area. Aimé Césaire International Airport is 38 kilometres away.
