Indoors & Outdoors​ 

Guests will appreciate the contemporary decoration of the house. The colours are soft and the atmosphere makes you feel at home.
The house is both private and spacious and offers six beautiful bedrooms. Five of them are located on either side of the villa and have a view of the sea. 
Food lovers will appreciate the Lacanche stove and kitchen facilities.
The villa also has a fitness room.
The large living room opens onto the pool, the terrace and the ocean.
Outside, the ultra-modern white arches frame the long heated pool surrounded by a large deck.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 9:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 10% Of rental amount
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
