Indoors
At the beach level, a living area is centered around an open-plan space where the fully equipped kitchen (cooking range, double refrigerator, Nespresso Vertuo machine, blender, oven, microwave) sits alongside a convivial dining area and an air-conditioned lounge, outfitted with a Sonos sound system and satellite TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sea and invite seamless indoor-outdoor living. A glass-enclosed fitness area houses yoga mats, light dumbbells and a massage table for private sessions in refreshing air-conditioning. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an indoor bar, wine cellar, ceiling fans, safes and a staff-run laundry room.
Outdoors
From the terrace, the infinity pool (17m x 4m) appears to merge into the bay’s turquoise waters; a few steps lead directly to the coral sand. Sun loungers, daybeds, parasols and beach towels are provided, as are kayaks, paddleboards, beach toys, floats and yoga mats for sunrise sessions. A covered dining area features a barbecue and grill for shaded lunches, while private parking completes the outdoor offerings (2 spaces).

The villa team ensures seamless service: 24-hour concierge, a villa manager every morning, a chef and assistant for 12 hours a day, six days a week (groceries charged at cost + 20%)*, two housekeepers for daily upkeep and a maintenance technician. On request: event planning for up to 50 guests.
