Room, Lower floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed Queen size, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also living area, private terrace.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also living area, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 3 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower.


Indoors

Constructed by the famous carpenters "Les Compagnons de France", the Kolina villa was inspired by the pure traditional Creole style and has recently been renovated in a shabby-chic Creole style.
The interiors are spread over 3 different floors, the ground floor and the first floor housing two of the 3 large bedrooms.

Lower floor
The lower floor is the heart of the house, there you will find the fully equipped American kitchen with refreshing wine cellar, a spacious and bright living room, an equipped office and a TV lounge.


Outdoors

Escape to the lush 1,800 m2 garden, or relax by the saltwater infinity pool with hydromassage and lights, while enjoying incredible views of the beautiful archipelago of Les Saintes, the Caribbean Sea and the mutiples sailboats passing by.
To share delicious meals all together, you will find an outdoor dining room for up to 24 people, and a charcoal BBQ area.
An outdoor lounge is also at your disposal to enjoy a moment of relaxation while admiring the view.

Located just 200m from the shore, Villa Kolina offers you a lot of privacy while staying close to the many attractions of the area.
