Location
The villa is situated in Pointe Milou, one of Saint Barthélemy’s most sought-after residential areas, renowned for its unobstructed views of the ocean. The centre of Gustavia, the island’s capital, is about fifteen minutes’ drive away. Everything you need for day-to-day life is close by: a restaurant is three minutes away, a supermarket five minutes away, and Saint-Jean Airport ten minutes away. Two sandy beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away: Lorient beach, five minutes away, has a car park, as does Grand Cul de Sac beach, six minutes away, which also features a beachside restaurant and a car park. This location allows you to enjoy both the tranquillity of Pointe Milou and quick access to the island’s main attractions.
