The living room opens out onto the terraces, the swimming pool and the sea, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with an Apple TV and a Sonos sound system, allowing you to extend your evenings here after a day spent outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender and a Nespresso coffee machine with an espresso function, everything you need to prepare your own meals in complete comfort.

The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, all facing the ocean and the swimming pool, each with an en-suite shower room. This identical layout across all bedrooms guarantees a consistent quality of stay, regardless of which room you occupy. A dormitory completes the property, providing a dedicated space for children.


Outdoors 

The villa stands out for the way its outdoor spaces open out onto the seascape. Large wooden decks encircle the house, offering several areas for rest and relaxation, each enjoying a different view of the ocean and Tortue Island. The heated swimming pool, measuring 25 x 4 metres, takes centre stage in this outdoor layout; an adjacent plunge pool completes the facilities, furnished with chairs and cushions designed for use directly in the water. Bath towels and beach towels are provided, making it easy to move between the pool and the surrounding beaches.

Location

The villa is situated in Pointe Milou, one of Saint Barthélemy’s most sought-after residential areas, renowned for its unobstructed views of the ocean. The centre of Gustavia, the island’s capital, is about fifteen minutes’ drive away. Everything you need for day-to-day life is close by: a restaurant is three minutes away, a supermarket five minutes away, and Saint-Jean Airport ten minutes away. Two sandy beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away: Lorient beach, five minutes away, has a car park, as does Grand Cul de Sac beach, six minutes away, which also features a beachside restaurant and a car park. This location allows you to enjoy both the tranquillity of Pointe Milou and quick access to the island’s main attractions.
