Cruise along the Coast and through the Inland

If you fancy a route that takes you through coastal landscapes and inland sceneries, then this trip is for you! Set off from the enchanting Lloret de Mar, which will lead you into the Ardenya and Gavarres mountains. From the start, you'll encounter some of the most beautiful coastal sceneries along the Costa Brava. The first few kilometres make for a gentle and pleasant ride, where you can enjoy the delightful breeze and take in the lovely surroundings. Further on, the route becomes more difficult going inland into the Coll de Sant Grau and passing Santa Pellaia and would suit seasoned cyclists after a sturdier challenge but will nevertheless offer spectacular views across the mountains.

This route links two beautiful Catalonian towns. You can cruise through gentle coastal plain, giving way to granite and wooded plateau with holm oaks and cork oak trees galore. When reaching the rugged territory of Les Gavarres, you will find a slope taking you to Llagostera, situated on a hill offering breathtaking panoramic views of the wondrous Selva valley. The region's nearby towns boast exemplifications of Art Nouveau architecture which are well-worth admiring along the way.

Venture through the magnificent Nature Park Cap de Creus

This route runs through the Cap de Creus Nature Park. Environmentally protected since 1998, this enormous wild area boasts the peculiarity of being the first nature park to include land and sea. It's composed of the municipalities of Llança, Palau-saverdera, Cadaqués, Pau, Port de la Selva, la Selva de Mar, Vilaguiga and Roses.
Endowed with various geological features, this unique route will offer breathtaking views that linger long in the memory.
This nature park and nearby protected natural areas such as the Albera Nature Park and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà offer myriad mountain bike routes that will capture travellers' hearts.

This route sets off in the town hall of Llança and continues towards Port de la Selva, followed by the coastal path that takes one through beautiful wooden walkways a few metres from the azure sea. From the get-go, one can enjoy breathtaking views along the Costa Brava, a journey that finally climaxes into the bordering French coast region.

Set off from the medieval town of Estartit, and cruise through the beautiful traditional fishermen's neighbourhoods on Medes Islands, and contemplate the extraordinary marshy lands at the mouth of the River Ter. The lovely paths through the limestone mountain of Montgrí will lead you to the Torroella de Montgrí until reaching the countryside of the Baix Ter. You'll witness the magnificent landscapes of farmhouses elegantly lined up and surrounded by cypress trees, wheat fields and beautiful rolling hills that cuddle the medieval villages of Gualta, Fontanilles, Fontclara, Peratallada, and Palau Sator.
