The island of Mauritius is blessed with tropical sunshine all year round so is the ideal getaway for you and your loved ones. As the island is in the Southern Hemisphere, the winter months, from November to April, boast an average temperature of around 30ºC which makes it great for doing all your favourite holiday activities.

Temperatures in summer are hotter than in the winter months, but it is a lot wetter so you may need to pack an umbrella. The humidity is a lot higher too. Water temperatures reach around 30ºC so you can enjoy surfing, snorkeling or swimming. Head to the Southwest coast of the island as it tends to be a bit windier which will give you a break from the humidity.
