- Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht bei Black River. Man könnte den ganzen Tag am Pool sitzen und auf die umliegenden Berge und die Bucht sehen, und es wird einem nicht langweilig.
Jenny war super nett und hilfsbereit, sehr rücksichtsvoll, was die eigene Privatsphäre angeht und hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren Essen begrüßt.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hell, modern eingerichtet. Der nächste Supermarkt mit sehr guter Qualität ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

La maison est spacieuse, moderne, magnifiquement décorée et la vue sur la tourelle et la rivière noire est exceptionnelle. La pièce de vie sur la piscine et cette vue est vraiment le plus de cette maison. C'est très agréable.
L'équipe de Villanovo est très professionnelle, personnes réactives et force de proposition pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

La piscine n'est pas chauffée à cette période de l'année, c'est dommage.

Nous venons de passer 10 jours magnifiques à la villa Sunset. Cette villa est superbe. Elle correspond exactement aux photos, est tres spacieuse et à une vue magnifique sur la baie et les montagnes alentours. De plus l'aide journalière de Jeni pour faire le ménage était très agréable et sympathique. C'est une personne très solaire. Accueil parfait. Enfin tout pour un séjour magnifique que je recommande vivement.
