Villa Porcelaine, on the North-Eastern coast of Mauritius, is part of a set of 2 spacious coastal villas with private terraces overlooking beautiful enclosed gardens with exotic plants and lush lawns.
The residence includes a total of 8 villas including the Villa Nautilus collection which you can find on our website.
In front of the villas, the wide lagoon, with its various islets nearby, provides a sheltered zone for various types of marine activities.
Architecture and landscaping have been designed for the perfect combination of both indoor and outdoor living. Each villa is composed of two floors: the ground floor leading onto the gardens and your private swimming pool.


Bedrooms

Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also safe.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.


Indoors

The warm open-plan lounge/living room offers beautiful views and invites you to stroll to the sandy beach, or go for a dip in the turquoise lagoon and enjoy the peace and serenity.
The first floor consists of spacious and comfortable bedrooms, high-end bathroom and cozy TV room.
All villas have quality furniture, air conditioning, Plasma TV with satellite, high quality furnished dining area and Teak furnished kitchen with granite kitchen top.


Outdoors

The villa has its own private swimming pool (3m x 2m, depth 1.50m) which can be protected for children with a net, a covered terrace and a balcony.
Kayaks are available (if used, guests are responsible for their own safety).


Staff & Services

The housekeeper works from 09:00 to 13:30 except on Sundays and holidays. For evening or lunch meals, an additional 10 euros must be paid for preparation (to be paid on site on the day).
For all other requests, an additional charge of 10 euros per hour applies.
For shopping, cab costs (around 900 rupees) must to be paid.
In high season (Christmas and New Year season), breakfast is included in the price. For the rest of the year, breakfast can be provided at extra cost.


Location

Not far from the three acclaimed golf courses of the Eastern Coast, the village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometres away from Grand Baie, the “Northern Riviera” known for its luxury shops, restaurants, clubs and marina. The world-renowned Pamplemousses Garden is less than a half-hour drive from your residence and you can reach the City of Port Louis in less than one hour.
