Outside, the property boasts a well-kept garden and pleasant outdoor spaces, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The large terrace allows you to practise yoga in complete tranquillity, facing a soothing landscape.
The heated swimming pool (13 x 5m, 0.5-1.8m deep) is surrounded by comfortable deckchairs, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the mild climate of the region. The pool is heated to between 27° and 28° for most of the year, and to between 23° and 25° between December and February.

Staff & Services

The villa's staff take great care of their guests. The housekeepers prepare a delicious Moroccan breakfast every morning and ensure that the house is impeccably maintained. The caretaker, gardener and masseuse are also on hand to ensure guests' well-being and relaxation.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dar Bouma. La villa est spacieuse, luxueuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.
L'équipe est accueillante et aux petits soins. Nous avons dégusté un excellent repas préparé par Bahija et son équipe. Eloïse est une hôte merveilleuse très disponible et réactive.
Je devais travailler pendant mon séjour et la connexion wifi a très bien fonctionné et ma permis de faire un télétravail dans un cadre de rêve. Un grand merci à Eloïse et toute son équipe.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La villa est absolument belle, encore mieux que les photos. L'emplacement est paisible et privé, le logement est luxueux, spacieux et élégant.
L'hôte est fantastique, excellente communication, et a même envoyé sa femme de ménage pour nous localiser quand nous nous sommes perdus !
La piscine est belle, charmante, chaleureuse et grande. L'attention aux détails à Dar Baiana est exceptionnelle, des environs au personnel amical et à la nourriture fabuleuse.
C'est comme louer votre propre hôtel de luxe !
La villa est à 15 minutes en voiture d'Essaouira, une voiture est utile mais nous ne sommes pas partis car la localisation est idyllique, une masseuse est venue à la villa pour nous, et on nous a préparé des repas fantastiques.
Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux riads, villas et hôtels à Essaouira et Marrakech mais Dar Baiana est le meilleur et nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Une parenthèse enchantée au sein de cette villa où tout est réuni pour nous faire passer un séjour de rêve. Une magnifique villa décorée avec goût et produit de luxe, tout nos sens sont sollicités, nos yeux sont émerveillés par la villa en elle même, les parfums titillent notre odorat, un vrai écrin de silence et repos, un bon petit déjeuner, une literie confortable et des suites spacieuses et une piscine chauffée à la bonne température pour profiter...
L'hôte est d'une grande disponibilité, le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant.
Vous pouvez en profiter en toute sérénité.
Nous venons d'y séjourner à 11 et chacun avait son espace.

We had one week at this beautiful and stylish villa. It was fantastic. The property is maintained to a very high standard and was regularly cleaned.
The beds, bedding and towels were very confortable. Every morning a delicious breakfast was prepared for us and we also asked the staff to make occasional lunch/dinner (for an extra fee) which was a real treat. The staff were very helpful and kind without being obtrusive.
The swimming pool was just the right temperature and the children played in it non-stop !
We loved how there were so many different places to sit inside and outside and how much space there was.
We loved everything about this villa and would love to return.

Stunning villa! A beautiful oasis of calm just 10mins outside Essaouira.
The staff were to welcome us when we arrived and made us fabulous breakfasts and tagine for dinner.
The villa itself is really beautiful. There is a large master suite in the main house with a small child's room connected and a further 2 lovely double rooms with en-suites.
The second house on the other side of the pool has two double bedrooms ans it's own kitchen and living space. There is a sun terrace where we did yoga on a morning, they even provide yoga mats!
The swimming pool is beautiful and heated which is a real bonus.
The host was perfect. She responded straight away to all our queries, she arranged car hire and suggested local shop visit. Just a great all round experience and stay.
I would definitely be booking this villa again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus et chez nous. Comme le temps n'a pas été très agréable pendant notre séjour, malheureusement, l'hôte nous a aidés à organiser un cours de cuisine à la maison, des massages et des dîners, tout était parfait et la nourriture absolument délicieuse.
La maison est exactement comme décrite et correspond parfaitement aux photos, c'est un très court trajet en voiture de la vieille ville d'Essaouira et de nombreux autres endroits agréables !
Merci Eloïse d'avoir répondu à toutes nos questions si rapidement et d'être disponible tout au long de notre séjour, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre famille dans cette magnifique villa. Le personnel est impeccable et très discret. La déco de la maison est superbe comme la piscine. Rien ne manque, on se sent comme à la maison.
Essaouira est une très bonne destination pour se faire un break en plein hiver.

L'un des plus beaux endroits dans lesquels nous ayons jamais séjourné. Je recommande vivement si vous êtes dans le quartier. Services complets, c'était mieux que de séjourner dans un hotel 5*. Félicitations pour avoir créé un logement magnifique.

Une villa exceptionnelle pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le cadre est typique et magnifique. Absolument comme sur les photos. Soyez sûrs d'être ébahis et stupéfaits en passant le portail !!
Nous ne nous attendions pas du tout à cette prestation, et le service proposé a été pour nous, une belle surprise !!
Cela nous a permis de pouvoir profiter à 100% des moments de vacances tous ensemble, sans se soucier du reste ! De vraies vacances !
Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour tout ce qu'ils ont fait pour nous, et dans une discrétion absolue ! Mention spéciale pour les petit-déjeuners extraordinaires auxquels nous avons eu droit chaque matin !!!
Nous gardons l'adresse bien précieusement et reviendrons très certainement pour de prochaines vacances !
