Bedrooms

Bedooms are decorated with care to immerse you in a warm atmosphere, using local materials such as Taddelakt and Tajelakht.
The ground-floor room is easily accessible, making it ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

Indoors 

The interiors are a perfect blend of modernity and traditional Moroccan charm. The cosy living room, with its fireplace, offers a double view of the interior garden and the swimming pool, creating a soothing ambience. The dining room, opening onto the terraces, is the perfect place to share your meals in complete conviviality. The living room, decorated with dry stone and traditional wrought iron, is bathed in natural light and invites you to relax.


Outdoors 

The swimming pool (12 x 7m - depth: 0.3 to 1.4m) can be heated from November to March (on request and at extra cost). The pool house is the ideal place for socializing. You'll also appreciate the various terraces, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a cup of tea or a meal together. The wooded garden, populated by our adorable tribe of turtles, is a pleasantly shaded place to stroll, while a flat platform is available for yoga or fitness sessions. Last but not least, a petanque strip is available for friendly competition.


Staff & Services

The price includes the services of a caretaker/gardener to look after the garden (present on site 24/24), and a pool attendant to maintain the pool.
The team also includes a housekeeper (from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day), who does the rooms. She is also ready to prepare delicious Moroccan dishes.

Here are the 3 possible meal options:

- ''Welcome'' formula :
The villa takes care of your first 2 meals: from 28€/person (dinner on arrival + breakfast the next day).
You'll be able to settle in peacefully on arrival, and take care of shopping the next day after breakfast if you need to.

- ''Liberté pour les repas'' formula :
You pay the price of the shopping plus a €30 supplement for the round trip. You can accompany the house staff (with the house car) to choose the food yourself, or simply provide a list (and cash) to the janitor to take care of the shopping.

''A la carte'' formula : A meal menu is provided so you can choose your dishes in advance.
The house covers the cost of the ingredients and the cook. You pay only the cost of the meal, as you would in a restaurant.
>>> Breakfast: from €9 per person/meal,
>>> Lunch or dinner: from €22 per person/ meal.  For a group of 10 people, you can offer two choices of starters, main courses and desserts, if required. It is also possible to provide simpler meals for children (maximum of two choices for the group, as there is only one cook). >>> Half-board (breakfast and lunch or dinner): from €28 per person/meal. You can choose half-board for certain days only (with at least 24 hours' notice), or for the whole duration of your stay.
>>> Full board: from €44 per person/meal (free for children under 5 - for children over 5 the price is the same as for an adult).

*Evening service (whatever the formula): a lady will have to stay between 4pm and 9pm to prepare the minute dinner, serve and clear: from 30€/evening.


Location

Located in the picturesque village of Bouzama, in Ida Ougourd, the house enjoys a privileged location, close to amenities and beaches, yet secluded enough to offer you the ultimate in peace and quiet.
Just 15 minutes from Essaouira, you can enjoy the city's lively markets and magnificent medina. The villa is also 10 minutes from Essaouira airport, making it easy to get around, and just a few minutes from the Aswak Salam supermarket for your daily shopping. The beaches of Sidi Kaouki, 15 minutes away, are perfect for unforgettable days by the sea.
The region, rich in contrasting landscapes and points of interest, is easily accessible by car, particularly from Marrakech, Agadir and Casablanca.


Note:
Animals are present on the estate:
- Several turtles in the gardens
- 1 Dog: This is the estate dog and is on duty at all times. He circulates between the gardens and terraces and never goes inside the villas (he is vaccinated and treated against vermin).
- 1 Cat: She also roams freely and is not allowed inside the villas (she is also vaccinated and treated against vermin).
