Bedrooms

The three bedrooms have been elegantly decorated by renowned designer Baptiste Bohu. Each embodies the perfect harmony between Moroccan tradition and contemporary touches.

Room 1 - Saffron Glow :
Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 2 - Atlas Heaven :
Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Note: the villa also includes a sofa bed.


Indoors 

The villa is organized around its beautiful central courtyard, adorned with green and white herringbone bejmat tiles that play with the light in all seasons. The intimate atmosphere is perfect for strolling or socializing.
The main living room is vast and warm, embodying the Moroccan spirit with its sofas, carpets, delicately patinated walls and charming lanterns. This large open-plan space is just as inviting for long, convivial discussions as it is for relaxation. 
Adjacent to the living room, the dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests around a large table. There's also a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen. An elegant bar with wine cellar opens onto this space.
The library provides moments of calm, while a space dedicated to yoga, meditation and reading extends the serene ambience. Finally, a spa and relaxation area (massage room, hammam, sauna) and a modern gym equipped with a WaterRower complete these interiors designed for rejuvenation.


Outdoors 

Behind its ochre walls, the property offers a setting of greenery and freshness, true to the tradition of Moroccan secret gardens. In the garden, the scents of jasmine, roses and orange trees envelop you, while the palette of colors and the luxuriance of the plantings create a living tableau of rare intensity.
The central patio is a living space in its own right, organized for relaxation and alfresco dining. Here, you can sip tea in the shade of a century-old olive tree, or enjoy breakfast in front of the gentle lapping of a hand-crafted fountain.
The swimming pool (12 x 3m - Depth: 1.3), dressed in black and white zelliges, sits at the heart of the garden. Its deckchairs and parasols invite you to relax at any time. 
An outdoor dining area welcomes large convivial tables under the pergola. For the more sporty, a shared tennis court offers the opportunity to work up a sweat between two moments of relaxation.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the attentive services of a butler and a maid/cook, who live on site.
