Villa Amane is comprised of a villa and riad (a house around a courtyard) in a beautiful private garden of 1.2 hectares located on the road to Ouarzazate, 10 minutes drive from the golf of Amelkis and Royal Golf. The property offers magnificent views of the Atlas from the panoramic terraces. The villa and riad are beautifully appointed and very comfortable with lovely bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, a pickleball court, a 3 by 3 basketball court, a private spa and full house staff (butler, cook, maids, gardeners).

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed Super king size. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area, TV, DVD player, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3 - 15m2 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, safe.

Room 4 - 40m2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, safe, dressing room.

Room 5 - 40m2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, safe, dressing room.

Room 6 - 40m2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, safe, dressing room.

Room 7 - 40m2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, safe.

Room 8 - Pavillon - 12m² :
Room, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom, WC are shared.

Room 9 - Pavillon - 11 m² :
Room, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom, WC are shared.

Note: Bedrooms 4 to 7 are located in the riad.
The pavilion includes 1 executive suite with 2 bedrooms, a 12m² room with a kingsize bed and a versatile 11m² room that can be used as a lounge, a room with 2 single beds or a room with a kingsize double bed. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and WC.


Indoors

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large entrance with fountain, a living room fireplace with a library, a Moroccan lounge with flat screen TV, a beautiful dining room for 14 people and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the first bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
The riad is dedicated for the other bedrooms.


Outdoors

Outside there is a large covered terrace with 2 living areas, an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs for dining in the shade of olive trees or umbrellas, a private pool 11m x 11m with sound, a pool house with shaded relaxation lounge, another private pool 8m x 4m always heated, a spa (Hammam, massage room, sauna), a panoramic terrace with views of the Atlas.
If you want to have fun you can play petanque on an enlightened field as well as ping pong. A fitness pergola is available.


Staff & Services

Breakfast is included. For other meals, you may choose between the two following propositions.

1/"Free formula:
You compose your own menus and manage your shopping (car required). The staff is available to prepare and serve meals at the table for a fee of € 5 per adult and per meal. (50% discount for children 3-12 years old and free for children under 3 years old. "

2 / A la carte
The chef prepares exceptional Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine.

- Lunch: enjoy a lunch based on Moroccan salads and grilled meats - €20/Adult (excluding drinks),
- Gourmet dinner: menu prepared with quality ingredients according to the season - 25€/Adult (excluding drinks),
(50% reduction for children 3-12 years - free for under 3 years).

Full board (for the duration of the stay):
- Lunch and dinner (excluding drinks): 40 € / Person
- 50% discount for children aged 3-12 years
- Free for kids under 3 years old

- Choose menus the day before for the following day.
- Vegetarian and gluten free menus available.
- The villa does not sell alcohol or wine, but you can buy your own or have it delivered and consume it at the villa, with no corkage fee.
- Some dishes are subject to a supplement.
