This beautiful 1,000 m² house can accommodate up to 18 people, offering the same level of elegance and comfort to all its occupants.
You'll be charmed by its meticulous, oriental-influenced decor.
The villa is spread over 3 levels, served by an elevator for your comfort.
You'll enjoy the sublime living spaces, as well as the 7 beautiful bedrooms (including a dormitory).
For even more relaxation, you can enjoy the hammam with its massage room, a Jacuzzi and a fully-equipped gym.


Outdoors​ 

The villa sits on a generous 2,240 m² plot, on the front line of the golf course (in front of hole 4) and enjoys a sublime orientation with an incredible view of the Atlas Mountains. 
This oasis of comfort and relaxation invites you to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors.
You'll appreciate the charming garden, harmoniously planted with trees and elegantly laid out, the gazebo that invite you to share convivial moments, and the various terraces.
You can also take advantage of the beautiful heatable swimming pool (15 x 6 m - Depth: 0.5 to 1.75 m).
In addition, to ensure your comfort on hot days, the exteriors are equipped with a misting system, providing pleasant coolness.


Staff & Services

You'll have a cook for your meals, a housekeeper, a maid to serve you (depending on the number of people in the villa) and a gardener to look after the grounds and pool.
The price includes daily maid service, bath amenities, garden and pool maintenance.
The villa also offers you the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, grocery delivery, chauffeur-driven car, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, baby-sitting, butler services...

The villa is located on the front line of the famous Amelkis golf course, in front of hole 4, 600 m from the clubhouse and just 10 minutes from the city center. 
Marrakech international airport is only 20 minutes away.
Take full advantage of the 27-hole Cabell ROBINSON golf course. The Royal and Al Maaden golf courses are just 5 minutes away, and other golf courses can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes.
Less than 40 minutes away, you can discover the majestic Marrakech lake, with its waterside restaurants and panoramic Atlas peaks.
