The riad is fully staffed with cook, maid and a helpful local manager. The owner steps in very often to make sure everything runs smoothly. You will feel a warm welcome and they all will be delighted to help you plan your stay in Marrakech.

Reservation conditions
- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 % - 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill. - Credit card payments at the villa/hotel will incur a surcharge 2.5 %

Le personnel si serviable, la qualité de la restauration, le Riad et tous ses locaux variés, terrasses, salons, salles de massage, jacuzzi à 37*. très belles et grandes chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes, l’emplacement dans la Médina. La réservation de toutes les activités et transports. Etc…. Fabuleux !
Tout à été parfait et facile pour l’organisation de notre séjour grâce aux équipes de Villanovo.
Grands lits à transformer en 2 lits pour faciliter le séjour de familles nombreuses avec enfants!
Les transferts d'aéroport non pas étaient bien lors de l'arrivée, deux petits taxis pour 9 personnes plus sacs de golf alors que la demande avait été faite lors de la resa
