This beautiful, traditionally designed riad is located a stone's throw from the main museums, souks and the famous Djemaâ El Fna square.
The house dates from the 18th century. It has been carefully renovated retaining the superb original architectural features and adding an excellent level of comfort. 3 bedrooms and 2 suites are arranged around a pretty patio and its swimming pool. The riad can accommodate 14 people (extra cost per guest for groups larger than 10 people). An intimate atmosphere emerges with three lounges inviting you to get together (one of them has a fireplace), a library and a TV lounge.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, private terrace.

The house has two suites, both of which can accommodate an extra bed, as well as a small lounge that can be converted into an extra bedroom for 2 people.


Indoors

With a maximum capacity of 14 to 15 people, the riad is the perfect place for a vacation stay or for a special event.
With a floor area of 257 m2 and having one floor, the riad includes on the ground floor: an entrance, a superb patio with central pool, guest toilets, an exceptional kitchen, two living rooms and 2 first bedrooms each with a bathroom.
The first floor accommodates 1 bedroom with bathroom as well as two suite suites with bathrooms. One of them has an adjacent living room allowing sleeping for 3 additional people.


Outdoors

The riad has a charming central patio with a swimming pool in the middle as well as a magnificent terrace with XXL-sized sun loungers with a breathtaking view of the Atlas mountain range. An idyllic setting to relax, have meals or enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Marrakech medina from the rooftops.


Staff and Services

The staff at the riad is made up of 7 people with the presence of a manager 24 hours a day.
Three maids are at your service as well as a cook.
