It is ideally located just 2 minutes from the souks and a 5-minute walk from the main gate of the new town of Guéliz. This former 16th century palace, which has been completely renovated, will guarantee you a stay synonymous with elegance and comfort. Accommodating up to 10 people, this riad with heated pool and hammam is perfect for a wonderful stay in Marrakech.

You will be seduced by the beautiful living rooms, as well as by the 5 pleasant bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
You will be able to enjoy the charming patio, the heated pool, the hammam and the large well exposed and comfortably furnished terrace.
The riad also offers a wonderful view of the Medina, the Atlas Mountains and the famous Koutoubia Mosque.

The riad benefits from the services of a housekeeper, a cleaning lady and a cook.
The price includes breakfast and a cleaning service.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as meals, airport transfers, etc.

Riad Inaya is located in Mouassine, an authentic and very quiet area in the old medina of Marrakech.
It enjoys a privileged location close to all major attractions.
You will be only 3 minutes walk from the souks and 5 minutes walk from the main taxi gate and the new town of Gueliz.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The staff will be happy to prepare meals for you
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Arabic - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Comments

We love the chef and cooking, would have been nice if they spoke a little English. The Riad was beautiful and in a perfect location. Well stocked with all the things you would need.

Good service from Villanovo but better communication prior to arrival is needed- it took a day to sort out all the things we needed- and although we had a few days some people don’t and this would have been a day wasted.

Arrival wasn’t great, no tea or snack - even though the staff knew when we were coming.
Not great communication about what we wanted set up in the Riad ahead of time.
The beds were hard in all rooms and even after we mentioned it nothing was done about it. Also, there were no window coverings in some bedrooms - we had to use our own scarfs to cover or we would have been up at 5am.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, the cook was busy preparing the arrival dinner at that time. You could have asked the team about your tea and snacks upon arrival. We always respond to requests including providing gluten free dishes, organic juices, almond milk and providing wine during Ramadan.
Eye masks were provided in the bedrooms and the mattresses are high quality.
