Indoors

You will be charmed by this beautiful riad and its comfortable and charming interiors.
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, the patio, a living room (TV), a dining room with fireplace (on request) and dining table for 8 guests.
This level also comprises the equipped kitchen, an independent toilet and one of the bedrooms.
The 3 other bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Outdoors

You will be able to enjoy the sun of Marrakech from the spacious and very pleasant rooftop.
Relaxation and refreshment are guaranteed, thanks to its pool (heated on request - Size: 3,5 x 3,5m - Depth: 1,3m) surrounded by deckchairs and a summer lounge.
The spacious outdoor terrace is also equipped with a summer kitchen (fridge, freezer, wine cellar, ice maker, 4 gas rings, coffee machine) and an outdoor table for 8 guests.

Staff & Services

You will benefit from the services of two housekeepers during the day. They will be in charge of preparing your typical Moroccan breakfast (served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am) and cleaning the bedrooms.
They can also offer you their services as cooks (on request and for an extra charge). They must be informed in advance (the day before) in order to provide the necessary shopping for this service.
Someone will also be on site during the same hours, for the maintenance of the riad and in case of technical needs.

Location

The riad is located in the medina of Marrakech, at the gateway to the Kasbah district, only 10 minutes walk from the Jemaa El Fna square.
Thanks to its ideal location, it will be easy for you to find taxis on the main avenue located 50 m from the riad.
The riad is very easily accessible, either on foot or by car (a very large car park is available 50 m from the riad).

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Très beau Ryad.
Belles prestations et décoration magnifique.
Excellents services de maison (cuisine, ménage, relationnel…). Raja, Mustafa et Kadija ont été excellents. La terrasse et la petite piscine font la différence .

Une semaine dans une bulle, un petit paradis, magnifique, avec un emplacement parfait. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dés les premiers instants, la cuisine de Raja est juste incroyable et Moustapha est indispensable. La décoration est magnifique. Tous les codes de Marrakech sont réunis. Le plus difficile durant ce séjour c’est le départ…. Nous y retournerons c’est sûr.

Très bonne communication avec l'équipe de Villanovo, nous avons affaire à de vrais professionnels et c’est très appréciable.

Stunning riad, very well decorated with an extraordinary staff that made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The location, although good, was a bit far for walking because of the heat.
The showers lacked pressure and proper closer, a lot of water ended up on the floor.

Beautifully designed Riad located in a great location of Marrakesh’s Medina, close to everything yet so peaceful.
The owner and his staffs did everything they could to accommodate and help us make our family vacation one of a life time experience.

Wow! What an amazing riad - designed to the absolute highest standard, a perfect location in the Kasbah (walking distance to the Medina but slightly (only slightly) quieter) and with staff who make you feel so welcome and looked after.
100% recommended for families and groups. A great base to explore Marrakech!

Au-delà de mes attentes ! ! ! Nous avons vraiment passé un superbe séjour dans ce magnifique Riad authentique au cœur de Marrakech. Il est bien situé, d’une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec goût.
Après une balade dans la Médina vous rentrez chez vous pour profiter d'un espace calme et paisible.
Le riad a une atmosphère zen et la possibilité de diffuser de la musique depuis votre téléphone dans n’importe quelle pièce de la maison ou sur le rooftop c’était vraiment le luxe !
Notre hôte était à notre disposition et à l’écoute du début à la fin du séjour, elle a su nous recommander les meilleures adresses.
Le personnel était à nos petits soins, on nous concoctait des petits déjeuner typiques marocains exquis, un vrai délice fait maison avec le cœur.
Merci beaucoup, ce fut un beau séjour chaleureux grâce à vous, je recommande à tous le monde d’y aller. Nous reviendrons certainement.
