Riad Ouadji is a pretty little authentic doueria, located in the heart of the Riad Laarouss district of Marrakech. This house with small heated pool can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. It is a perfect place to discover Marrakech with friends or family.

There is a sofa bed on the first floor, which can be used as an extra bed.
 

Indoors 

This pretty doueria combines authenticity and modernity with a decoration that is both Beldi and bohemian chic.
The accommodation will delight its guests with its large living room and beautiful dining room, featuring magnificent ceilings and typical lighting made by Moroccan artisans.
The riad also has three beautiful bedrooms with private shower rooms. Two of them are in Beldi colours and the third in Essaouira colours. 


Outdoors​ 

Guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a heated pool (2 x 3 metres), a solarium, a summer kitchen, a dining area and a very pleasant little bar/lounge area.

Staff & Services

A housekeeper will be available to guests to make their stay incredible (every day from about 8 am to 6 pm).
The price includes bath amenities, pool heating, cook/housekeeper services, final housekeeping, breakfast, pool/outdoor maintenance and baby equipment (cot and high chair - on request). 
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as airport transfers, additional services of the cook/housekeeper (if guests request dinners), all kinds of excursions (Jamel ride, quad, buggy, visits...), or car with driver services.

The riad offers several meal options:
- Starter + main course (from 150MAD/person),
- Main course + dessert (from 150MAD/person),
- Starter + Main course + Dessert (from 200MAD/person).
A snack and drinks menu is also available.)


Location

Riad Ouadji is located in the heart of the Riad Laarouss district of Marrakech, in a small and quiet street.
Its access is very easy and secure (even when you come back late in the evening) and a car park is only 2 minutes away on foot. 
On the other hand, travellers will easily be able to discover Marrakech : Spice Square at 5min, Jemaa El Fna Square and all the souks and must-sees of the medina at 8min. 
The riad is also 5 minutes by car (or 15 minutes on foot) from Gueliz and 15-20 minutes from all the golf courses in Marrakech.
The airport is only 15 minutes away by car.
