Careful decoration and light tones create the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. You can fully unwind in the hammam or with a massage in the dedicated room without leaving the villa.


Outdoors​ 

In the heart of the 4000m2 grounds nestles a lovely heated swimming pool (10 x 5m - Depth: 1 to 1.6m) and several terraces delightfully shaded by vegetation. A pétanque court and ping-pong table await the more active among you.


Staff & Services

Breakfasts are included, and a team is on hand to help you every day.
Cleaning, gardening and cooking services are included (excluding shopping costs).
The villa also benefits from the presence of a janitor.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Small size pets considered
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Arabic - French - Spanish
- Check-in : 13:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.50 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa en famille pour l'anniversaire de mon épouse. Accueil chaleureux repas exceptionnel. Propreté incroyable parfum fleurs fraiches... J'ai fait le tour du monde, jamais je n'ai visité une aussi belle villa raffinée, décorée avec énormément de goût. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Très belle prestation et très bel endroit ! La villa est bien plus belle que sur les photos et vaut le détour ! La décoration a été choisie avec goût et les prestations de services sont parfaites (le personnel sur place est aux petits soins et très gentil, le lieu est bien entretenu, la piscine est très agréable). L'hôte est très réactif et arrangeant, notre séjour a été fluide et simple ! Merci encore

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et toujours disponible pour nous renseigner ou nous aider à reserver un taxi ou d'autres prestations comme un massage du jour pour le lendemain. La maison est juste incroyable, un vrai joyau, nous avons été sans voix en découvrant la maison qui est encore plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
