The villa is divided into different levels:
On the ground floor, you will find a patio and the entrance, a double bedroom with living room, bathroom and dressing room without outside access, a Moroccan living room with fireplace, a double living room with fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, guest toilets, three bedrooms each with a double bed and living room, bathroom, dressing room and outside terrace access. There is also a massage room and a gym, as well as technical rooms (laundry, storage, etc.).
The basement houses the storage room and cellar.
Upstairs is a large study/library, a large bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, a lounge with fireplaces, a large dressing room and a large bathroom (bath and shower) with access to an outdoor terrace.

The exteriors of the villa feature a large covered terrace under archways, with an outdoor lounge for eight people, a dining table for twelve, a large Moroccan lounge, a swimming pool (15x10m), a pool house with a shaded lounge, toilets and a shower, a large barbecue, a chicken coop, a vegetable garden, a petanque court, a table tennis table, and a vast garden decorated with palm trees, olive trees, rose bushes and cacti.
Staff & Services
Rental of the house includes daily cleaning, garden and pool maintenance and breakfast. On request and at an additional cost, several other services are available, such as breakfast, half-board, a chauffeur, transfers to and from the airport, etc.
