In the Palmeraie of Marrakech, neighbouring the famous Ksar Char-Bagh palace, Dar Challa is a villa ideally located close to the 3 major Marrakech golf courses: Golf de la Palmeraie, golf Royal and Amelkis.
Calm and quiet, the villa is only 15 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square and the souks. Airport transfers are fast : the Marrakech Menara airport is 25 minutes away and the train station 15 minutes from home.

Room 6 - Agafay :

Room 7 - Pavillon-1 :

Room 8 - Pavillon-2 :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, shared, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Note: bedrooms 7 and 8 are located in a small outbuilding in the garden. Ideal for families, this configuration allows you to share a bathroom and connects the two rooms.

Outdoors

Dar Challa is nestled in one hectare of landscaped gardens decorated with bouquets of palm trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea and laurels. High-end modern architecture, interior design and décor were carried out by excellent Moroccan artists and carftsmen, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Depending on your mood, you can choose to relax in one of the many terraces by the pool or next to the grill/barbecue area.
Guests can enjoy a pool, a charming garden, a petanque strip, a brazero area, an outdoor bar and several furnished terraces.


Staff & Services

The price includes pool and garden maintenance, housekeeping service, bath amenities, breakfast and concierge service. For stays of at least 7 nights, the villa also offers airport transfers (up to 2 Arrival and 2 Departure transfers).
To make your stay even more pleasant, a qualified and friendly staff will be present in the house.
The team consists of a butler, 2 cooks, a housekeeper, a night watchman, a gardener and a swimming pool attendant. 
The villa proposes a lunch offer (25€ per person), a dinner offer (35€ per person) and a full board offer (49€ per person).
Children under 10 years of age are offered at half price.
An optional all-day drink package is available at 10€/person (sparkling water, coke, lemon water, iced tea, mint tea, Nespresso...). 
Meals are booked at the latest the day before for the next day, in order to facilitate the shopping and the preparations in the kitchen. The cook's schedule is based on the meals booked at the villa.

Purchase and delivery of alcohol in Marrakech : For alcohol, you have the possibility to bring your bottles from your country of origin to the villa or to buy them in Marrakech in approved establishments. You can also have them delivered to the villa by partner wine merchants.

The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as additional airport transfers, massages, spa treatments, additional bed, pool heating, half/full board, laundry service ...


Note

Access to the kitchen of the Dar Challa villa is reserved for the staff of the house.
