Room 2
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, independent access, terrace view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, office table, living area, TV, safe.

Room 3
Children bedroom, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, independent access. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 4
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden, view of countryside, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub with shower head, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, private terrace.

Room 6
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Note: Bedroom 3 and 4 share the same bathroom.


Indoors 

The house has 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the upper floor. It also has a double living room, a kitchen, a hammam with massage room.
All the bedrooms have independent access from the outside, which makes the house very fluid and pleasant, guaranteeing broad independence for everyone.

The interiors are accessed via a covered patio opening onto the main driveway. The patio provides access to the living-dining room on the right. The living room is a large double room with a fireplace opening onto the large covered terrace.

The terrace is ideal for resting, having an aperitif or enjoying a succulent lunch or dinner prepared by the house cook.

Upstairs, bedroom 5 has splendid views of the Marrakech Palmeraie which is absolutely superb in this area. The terrace is furnished so that you can enjoy it at any time of the day 


Outdoors​ 

You will be able to enjoy the Moroccan sun at your leisure, thanks to the incredible outdoor spaces and facilities.
You will appreciate the magnificent garden designed by a renowned landscape architect, the various terraces upstairs and at garden level, the perfectly maintained tennis court, the petanque strip and the incredibly long pool (30 x 4 m - max depth: 1.8 m).
