Indoors

The villa is organised around a central courtyard equipped as a lounge. It blends organic qualities and an earthy feel of traditional Moroccan homes, with strong clean lines, a wealth of natural light and an instinctive relationship between inside and outside living.
The main house features the kitchen, the staff quarter, the living room with fireplace, direct access to the terrace and pool, access to the courtyard, the indoor dining room (10 people) and the TV room (satellite and CanalSat)
The spa area including a hammam, massage room and indoor heated pool (8x3 metres) with swimming against the current system.

Outdoors

The villa pool is a large swimming pool of 25 metres by 5 metres with a shallow range of 2 metres at one end.
There is a large covered terrace with sofas and chairs, dining area with table for 12 people

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

As a family of 10 adults and three children , we spent a wonderful week celebrating my husbands 60th and Christmas here. From the moment we arrived Amina and the girls looked after us all , cooking wonderful meals and making it the most memorable holiday we have ever had . The villa is huge and we all made use of the beautiful indoor and even the outdoor pool and gardens . We were blessed with clear warm weather and they even lit the outdoor fire so we could enjoy a barbecue outside . Totally magical and we will miss Amina and her staff very much

Me and my family (11 altogether) stayed at this villa in August 2019. There is always a concern when you book a villa that the property will not be as nice as you expect. However, this villa did not disappoint. It was everything we expected based on the description and more. The villa and the grounds (including the swimming pool) are looked after very well. Amina and her team of staff are also excellent. The food prepared by the team was, on the whole, good. It is largely Moroccan, but as many in our group are vegetarian, they also made some non-Moroccan food such as lasagne and pizza, all of which was very good. We did, as I have done on all villa stays, had a couple of issues with the Internet connection and air conditioning in the outhouse which houses 2 out of the 6 bedrooms. However, Julia and her team did everything they could to resolve the issues quickly. There were no issues with the main villa. The pool and grounds are lovely. The pool is not tiled which means it is non-slippery, but it also means that you can graze your feet and knees a little on the steps. You do need to be a little careful with small children. Overall, we had a wonderful week at the villa and I would definitely recommend it.

Although the staff are predominantly French and Arabic speaking, we got by (my husband speaks a bit of French). One of the team members speaks a little English which also helps.

Service was impeccable, excellent food prepared by super friendly house staff. The villa is one of the most incredible villas I have ever stayed.

Very friendly and responsive Villanovo team

There was no hot water in two of the 6 bedrooms;
Electricity kept burning out on some of the rooms;
Water pressure of showers was extremely poor;
Indoor pool not hot enough;
Hammam stopped working on second day.

Thank you for this feedback. We have handled electricity and water issues as well as the hot water issue with the pavilion bedrooms. I do apologize. Indoor pool temperature can be set up a very high levels. This should have been addressed by our staff yet I feel there has been some misunderstanding. I hope we can provide you with a better experience in the future.
