Villa Aiwen is nestled in a 2 hectare park in the heart of the Marrakech palm grove. This space devoted to calm and well-being, offers its guests the opportunity to experience the special atmosphere of a luxury guest house with the services of a 5* star hotel. With its 11 rooms and suites, the villa can accommodate up to 24 people. It is an ideal place for an incredible moment of relaxation, only a few minutes away from the Medina of Marrakech.


Indoors 

The property offers beautiful interiors, featuring an orientalist style typical of the early 20th century. Living areas, suites and pavilions are decorated with antique furniture and precious fabrics.
The property has 11 bedrooms and suites (including two independent pavilions), in which tranquillity, quality and style are the key words. Each of them is refined, incredibly equipped and has a unique decoration that enhances its architecture. 
All suites are available as doubles and twins and are south facing with views of the garden, pool and Atlas Mountains.
Three of the suites have their own private gardens and jacuzzis.
Guests can also take advantage of the property's Spa, where they can enjoy all the benefits of oriental beauty treatments in a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. In the wellness centre, guests can try the pleasures of a traditional hammam or sauna.  The treatments and massages are performed by attentive and caring staff. The rest area, with its scent of musk and incense, will allow travellers to enjoy a real moment of relaxation.


Outdoors​ 

The villa is set in grounds extending over 2 hectares and offering several ambiances, alive with wildlife and fascinating flora, and a unique collection of exotic birds. Exploring the grounds is like embarking on a journey through several continents.
Guests will appreciate a Moorish patio (evocative of the Alhambra in Granada), an impeccable English lawn, a cactus garden, a woodland with fragrant tree essences, a riad style garden with fountains and a bamboo garden, several bird aviaries, a pool bar and a restaurant in the gardens (Caïdale tent).
They will also enjoy the large pool equipped with comfortable loungers and surrounded by a lawn planted with olive and palm trees.
The two suites, located in pavilions, have their own outdoor pools.


Staff & Services

Every day, the talented chef and his team prepare a selection of mouth-watering Moroccan and international dishes. Guests can choose from several "à la carte" menus.
The price includes breakfast (guests can choose where they wish to have it), room service, concierge service, access to the hammam, sauna and relaxation room.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as meals, massages and beauty treatments by a professional, babysitting, car rental, excursions...

While life at Villa Aiwen is essentially dedicated to the pursuit of well-being, rest and relaxation, the immediate surroundings of the property offer many exciting opportunities for leisure and outdoor activities.
The villa is located in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the city centre and the three main golf courses of Marrakech, as well as a equestrian club.
