Indoors

The interiors, developed in collaboration with Philip Hooper, reflect a contemporary Moroccan aesthetic enriched by traditional craftsmanship. Carved wooden doors, Berber seating, antique vessels and Beni Ourain rugs lend the home a warm and authentic residential character.
At the heart of the house, a spacious living and dining area is crowned by a striking domed ceiling adorned with bespoke Moroccan lighting. During the cooler months, open fires are prepared, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.
The house is fully air-conditioned and heated, with underfloor heating ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Outdoors

Water is central to the design of Azzaytouna House. A 12.8-metre private swimming pool anchors the garden terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and Indian charpoy daybeds. The pool can be heated during cooler months.
A unique sunken Berber tent, accessed via a charming water maze, provides a shaded and atmospheric setting for afternoon relaxation, evening drinks or intimate dinners.
Several outdoor living spaces enhance the experience:

• A dining terrace overlooking the pool
• A shaded outdoor dining area for meals throughout the day
• An additional sitting terrace with bar service, ideal for relaxed conversations

Azzaytouna House is ideally located in the Palmeraie, just 15 minutes from Marrakech’s vibrant Medina and souks, and approximately 12 km from Marrakech Menara Airport.
A wide range of activities can be arranged nearby, including horse riding, camel riding, golf and excursions to the Atlas Mountains, located around 40 km away. Guided visits of Marrakech and its cultural highlights are also available.
