Indoors

The villa is extremely elegant and is made in new modern and Moroccan styles. "Tadelakt" everywhere on walls, "Bejmats" on the grounds, and "Tataouis" on the ceilings, whilst all doors, windows, and cupboards, are made of cedar wood.
The villa is built on two levels and comprises two main buildings, and a separate staff and guardian house.

On the gound floor of the first building you will enter under a covered patio, to arrive in a large living room with 2 chimneys surrounded by a gallery opens on to the garden, another small living room with games room, bar and TV, two bedrooms, a hammam and the fully equipped kitchen with cold room, staff and utility rooms.
The first floor is composed of two other bedrooms and a library and stairs leading to a 150 square metre terrace with splendid views of the Palmeraie and the Atlas mountains.

On the second building, ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and a game room with shower room and toilets (this room can be turned into a bedroom upon request)
The first floor is dedicated for the two last bedrooms of the property.


Outdoors

The villa has a 16x6 metre heated pool with pool house, a bar, a clay court tennis with lighting and a petanque field.
It is surrounded by a lovely garden of 1.5 hectares in an exceptional environment of olive, palm, and orange trees.
