Indoors

Life revolves around a spacious, light-filled living area where the lounge, dining area and open-plan kitchen form a harmonious whole. Natural materials, clean lines and modern technology (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning) create a refined and warm atmosphere. A separate wellness area, equipped for massage, yoga or sports, completes the experience, ensuring relaxation and serenity throughout your stay.

Outdoors

The private garden, sheltered from view, offers two cosy outdoor lounges, perfect for dining or relaxing in the shade of the trees. The heated swimming pool (11x4m - depth: 1.4m) takes pride of place at the heart of the property, inviting you to swim and relax. The whole property exudes elegance and tranquillity, while a carport for two cars and a golf buggy make everyday life on the estate easier.

The price includes daily cleaning service (Monday to Saturday).

For your meals, the house offers:

An ‘En liberté’ formula:
You pay for the groceries and the house staff will cook with the ingredients purchased (however, this service is not guaranteed).

Notes:
- The villa staff work from Monday to Saturday (on request and at an additional cost, it is possible for the cleaner/cook to work on Sundays).
- If you would like hotel-style service for your meals (preparation and serving), this is also possible (on prior request and at an additional cost).

Rental conditions

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Property not suitable for children
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : Arabic - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très belle maison et environnement dans un complexe très calme.
La villa est très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et la piscine et les espaces extérieurs très agréables. L'employée de maison a été adorable et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, les enfants ne voulaient pas partir.
